You can market our software as you would any other product as long as it is legal. Should you use any other method to market our software other than just your web site, we strongly suggest directing them back to your site and having them link from there. Without your reseller code, we have no way of tracking what sales are for what reseller. It is imperative that they click the link with your reseller code in it to track your sales.
Number One Rule - DO NOT SPAM OUR PRODUCT!
Do not mislead people with blind links (meaning, do not claim a link to Amazon and send them to us).
You cannot distribute our software. All sales MUST be made through NBDesign. You cannot purchase our programs and resell on your own.
All payments will be sent on the first of the month and contain all sales from the previous month. Payments can be sent via check through snail mail or can be made directly to your PayPal account.
You are welcome to create your own ads or sales material or use ours.
Anyone that does not follow the rules will lose their reseller status as well as any outstanding sales commissions.
